Senthil Balaji was not called for a meeting by the Namakkal District Collector. In turn, Senthil Balaji has allegedly stated that, “Namakkal Collector cannot walk freely in his district”. Based on the complaint of Collector, case was registered under 5 sections of IPC. Subsequently the case was transferred to CB.CID.
