They first hear the PIL petition filed by autorickshaw owner Senthilkannan and say that it could be closed since Justice N Sathish Kumar had already insisted upon formulation of guidelines by TN Govt
[03/10, 12:10] Sekarreporter: AAG J. Ravindran requests permission to place the basic facts before the court. He says, TVK sought permission at Karur from 3 pm to 10 pm and that the venue was selected by the party itself. Judges ask whether the permission was given at a designated place
