(iii) Also directed to cease the steps taken for alleged recovery of bill dues after the end of April 2025 and Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) as cost to the Complainant.

The above order shall be complied within two months from the date of made ready of this order, failing which the above award amount except cost shall carry interest @9% p.a. from the date of Complaint till realization.
