They also pointed out that it is a service portfolio case and not a PIL and the litigant, despite being a practising advocate and a registered political party member, had not paid attention to the fact. The revision petitioners are directed to deposit the decree amount of Rs.5 lakhs to the credit of the Execution Court in EP No.86 of 2017 in OS No.20 of 2015 on or before 10.01.2023 and on such deposit, the Execution Court can disburse the said compensation decree amount to the respondent-plaintiff on or before 30.01.2023.
