The Madurai Bar Association has opposed a new notification regarding mandatory e-filing in district judiciary. Madras High Court had made certain modifications to the mandatory provisions.

Secretary of Madurai Bar Association advocate S. Mohan Kumar said the provision mandating litigants to file matrimonial related cases in the Family Courts in the capacity of Party-in-Person by generating login credentials themselves is ‘highly impossible’ for litigants who were not proficient with technical skills.
