Advocate A.P. Suryaprakasam makes a mention before #MadrasHighCourt Chief Justice’s Bench regarding the alleged gang rape of a 14-year-old girl near Madurantakam yesterday. Says, such incidents have increased in Tamil Nadu in recent years. Urges the court to initiate suo motu action.
