• A Case has been registered in Oomachikulam Police Station in Crime No.521 Of 2020. The case is that the DMK MLA has threatened one Sankarapandi for the Facebook publication made by him.
• The Entire threatening video has been recorded in CCTV.
• The DMK MLA accompanied along with 5 unknown person threatened the Defacto Complainant and tried to assault him. The DMK MLA has removed his slipper and tried to assault him with Slipper.
• The Defacto complainant and his wife was threatened with abusive language and with dire consequence.
The Defacto Complainant has requested the court for filing Intervening petition the court adjourned the case to Thursday 02.07.2020
