Today on the appeal against the same the XXI ADDL COURT had acquitted the producer considering him as innocent and had ordered for return of security deposit if any after appeal period. Advocate Infant Dinesh appeared for J Satish kumar and Gagan Bothra appeared in person. The appeal court had clearly distinguished the false case and had allowed the appeal.

[12/02, 20:14] Sekarreporter: [12/02, 20:08] Sekarreporter: A cheque case was falsely foisted against producer J Satish kumar for rupees one crore and odd based on the security cheque given for 15 lakh borrowing by Gagan Bothra and his brother Sandeep Bothra, though a criminal case was foisted against them for wrongful claim, the cheque case was allowed by the magistrate court. Today on the appeal against the same the XXI ADDL COURT had acquitted the producer considering him as innocent and had ordered for return of security deposit if any after appeal period.
