  V parthiban justice order–this Court is constrained to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in C.No.A3/3440/2013, dated 21.08.2018, as improper and invalid and accordingly it is quashed and consequently, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Grade-II Police Constable in any existing vacancy or in future vacancy, in case the petitioner’s selection in his category falls within the meritorious zone.
