திமுக வேட்பாளருக்கு சால்வை அணிவித்ததாக பேரூராட்சி பதிவு எழுத்தர் பணியிடை நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட உத்தரவுக்கு தடை விதித்து சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. சேலம் கீரிப்பட்டி பேரூராட்சியில் பதிவு எழுத்தராகப் பணிபுரியும், தம்மம்பட்டியைச் சேர்ந்த பெ.முத்துசாமி என்பவர் தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவில், நடந்து முடிந்த சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் கெங்கவல்லி தனித் தொகுதியில் போட்டியிட்ட திமுக வேட்பாளர் கே.சின்னதுரைக்கு ஆதரவாக கடந்த ஏப்ரல் 16ஆம் தேதி பிரசாரம் செய்ததோடு, அவருக்கு சால்வை அணிவித்ததாக குற்றம்சாட்டி, ஜூன் 2ஆம் தேதி பேரூராட்சி செயல் அலுவலர் மெமோ அனுப்பியதாகவும், அதற்கு உரிய விளக்கத்தை அளித்த பின்னரும், தன்னை சஸ்பெண்ட் செய்து ஜூன் 19ஆம் செய்து உத்தரவிட்டதாக குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார். தன் மகன் தம்மம்பட்டி பேரூராட்சியில் பணியாளர்களை ஒருங்கிணைத்த புகைப்படங்களையும், வேட்பாளர் ஒருவர் பொதுமக்கள் என்ற முறையில் சால்வை அணிவித்த புகைப்படங்கபையும், பிரசாரம் செய்ததாகத் தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்தி தனக்கு எதிராக சஸ்பெண்ட் உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால், அதை ரத்து செய்து, மீண்டும் பணியில் அமர்த்த உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என கோரிக்கை வைத்திருந்தார். இந்த வழக்கை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி பி.டி.ஆஷா, சஸ்பெண்ட் உத்தரவுக்கு இடைக்கால தடை விதித்தும், வழக்கு குறித்து சேலம் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர், பேரூராட்சிகளின் உதவி இயக்குனர், கீரிப்பட்டி பேரூராட்சி செயல் அலுவலர் ஆகியோர் 4 வாரங்களில் பதிலளிக்க உத்தரவிட்டு விசாரணையை தள்ளிவைத்தார்.

திமுக வேட்பாளருக்கு சால்வை அணிவித்ததாக பேரூராட்சி பதிவு எழுத்தர் பணியிடை நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட உத்தரவுக்கு தடை விதித்து சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. சேலம் கீரிப்பட்டி பேரூராட்சியில் பதிவு எழுத்தராகப் பணிபுரியும், தம்மம்பட்டியைச் சேர்ந்த பெ.முத்துசாமி என்பவர் தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவில், நடந்து முடிந்த சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் கெங்கவல்லி தனித் தொகுதியில் போட்டியிட்ட திமுக வேட்பாளர் கே.சின்னதுரைக்கு ஆதரவாக கடந்த ஏப்ரல் 16ஆம் தேதி பிரசாரம் செய்ததோடு, அவருக்கு சால்வை அணிவித்ததாக குற்றம்சாட்டி, ஜூன் 2ஆம் தேதி பேரூராட்சி செயல் அலுவலர் மெமோ அனுப்பியதாகவும், அதற்கு உரிய விளக்கத்தை அளித்த பின்னரும், தன்னை சஸ்பெண்ட் செய்து ஜூன் 19ஆம் செய்து உத்தரவிட்டதாக குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார். தன் மகன் தம்மம்பட்டி பேரூராட்சியில் பணியாளர்களை ஒருங்கிணைத்த புகைப்படங்களையும், வேட்பாளர் ஒருவர் பொதுமக்கள் என்ற முறையில் சால்வை அணிவித்த புகைப்படங்கபையும், பிரசாரம் செய்ததாகத் தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்தி தனக்கு எதிராக சஸ்பெண்ட் உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால், அதை ரத்து செய்து, மீண்டும் பணியில் அமர்த்த உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என கோரிக்கை வைத்திருந்தார். இந்த வழக்கை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி பி.டி.ஆஷா, சஸ்பெண்ட் உத்தரவுக்கு இடைக்கால தடை விதித்தும், வழக்கு குறித்து சேலம் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர், பேரூராட்சிகளின் உதவி இயக்குனர், கீரிப்பட்டி பேரூராட்சி செயல் அலுவலர் ஆகியோர் 4 வாரங்களில் பதிலளிக்க உத்தரவிட்டு விசாரணையை தள்ளிவைத்தார்.
