[11/12, 14:03] Sekarreporter: Chemmal, former Principal District Judge of Kanchipuram District suspended by Madras HC on charges of abuse of power. Earlier in a case of personal motive, the District judge had ordered arrest of a DSP rank officer which was also quashed by the Madras HC.
