Additional Government Pleader, filed
a status report stating that now
pursuant to the complaint given by
the Deputy Collector, a case has been
registered against four persons in
Crime No.193 of 2019 by the
Inspector of Police, Team-24, Land
Grabbing II, CCB-II, Vepery,
Chennai. Investigation is now almost
completed and likely to file a final
report shortly.
2. Recording the above
statement, the matter is adjourned by
27.11.2020.
3. In the meantime, concerned
Investigating Agency is directed to
complete the investigation and file a
final report before the concerned
Court.
