O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.]           One Ms.R.Poornima (District Judge cadre), is functioning as Registrar (Vigilance) of this Court for the last two and a half years.  She has been acting under the direct supervision of the Vigilance Committee of the High Court and under the nose of the Hon’ble Chief Justice.  It is common knowledge that in the last two and a half years, the Vigilance Committee has been taking serious action against delinquent judicial officers and staff members, which has earned for Ms.R.Poornima, the wrath of vested interests, who are yearning for her scalp.
