Today the Hon’ble Division bench consisting of Lordships Dr.Justice.Vineeth Kothari & Justice Pushpa Sathyanarayana imposed a cost of Rs. 20,000/- against one Mr. B.Ramkumar Adityan, a practcing advocate for filing frivolous PIL Writ petitions one after another by taking note his previous antecedents. It was brought to the notice of the court by State Government Pleader V.Jayaprakash Narayanan that he is a member of political party and he has filed many cases without any sufficient cause and without doing any research on the issue as per decision of Supreme court

The Hon’ble Division Bench directed the PIL petitioner to pay the cost to the Hon’ble Chief Minister Public Relief Fund and submit compliance report within one week. It is worthwhile to note that the same petitioner already suffered similar punishment before M.Sathyanarayanan & M.Nirmalkumar bench last week.
