Further the paper publication reveals that the Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet recorded the statement from the said Mr.Velmurugan in the Government Hospital. This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.25213 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022, thereby this Court directed the respondents to grant permission to conduct procession and to conduct public meetings on 02.10.2022 at various places of Tamilnadu subject to the conditions on or before 28.09.2022.
