In view of the facts and circumstances, it is established that the appointment of the writ petitioner is not in accordance with the rules applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu for appointment to the post of P.G. Assistant. Thus, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as this Court do not find any infirmity in respect of the order passed by the respondents.           Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
