[3/10, 14:57] Sekarreporter: சேலம் மாவட்டத்தில் நான்கு பேரூராட்சிகளில் தேர்தல் தள்ளிவைக்கப்பட்டதற்கான காரணங்களை தாக்கல் செய்ய மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையத்திற்கு சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

சேலம் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள வனவாசி, நாகவள்ளி, பேளூர், காடையாம்பட்டி ஆகிய பேரூராட்சிகளில் தலைவர், துணை தலைவர் தேர்தலுக்கான மறைமுக தேர்தலை தள்ளிவைத்ததை எதிர்த்து அதிமுக சார்பில் போட்டியிட்டு தேர்வான அதிமுக வார்டு உறுப்பினர்கள் தரப்பில் சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் நான்கு வழக்குகள் தொடரப்பட்டன.

இந்த வழக்குகள் தலைமை நீதிபதி முனீஷ்வர் நாத் பண்டாரி, நீதிபதி பரத சக்ரவர்த்தி ஆகியோர் முன்பு விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது.

அப்போது, மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையம் தரப்பில் சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு பிரச்சினை ஏற்படும் இடங்கள் மற்றும் தேர்தல் நடத்தும் அலுவலரின் உடல் நலக்குறைவு காரணமாக சில இடங்களில் தள்ளிவைக்கப்பட்டதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

சில இடங்களில் தேர்வான உறுப்பினர்கள் மாயம் என வந்த புகார்களில் காவல்துறை அதிகாரிகள் அறிக்கை அளித்துள்ளதாக அரசு தரப்பில் விளக்கம் அளிக்கப்பட்டது.

இந்த வழக்குகள் தொடர்புடைய பேரூராட்சிகளில் தேர்தல் ஏன் தள்ளுவைக்கப்பட்டது, எந்த தேதியில் நடத்தப்படும் என விரிவாக அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என உத்தரவிட்டனர். தவறும்பட்சத்தில் வீடியோ பதிவுகளை தாக்கல் செய்ய உத்தரவிட்டு, ஆய்வு செய்ய நேரிடும் என எச்சரித்துள்ளனர்.

இதையடுத்து வழக்கு விசாரணையை மார்ச் 14ஆம் தேதிக்கு தள்ளிவைத்தனர்.
[3/10, 17:26] Sekarreporter: தஞ்சாவூர் மாவட்டம் ஆடுதுறை தேர்வுநிலை பேரூராட்சிக்கு தலைவர் மற்றும் துணைத் தலைவர் தேர்தல் தள்ளிவைக்கப்பட்டது குறித்து பதிலளிக்க தேர்தல் நடத்தும் அலுவலர் நாளை ஆஜராகி விளக்கம் அளிக்க சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

கடந்த மாதம் நடந்து முடிந்த நகர்புற உள்ளாட்சி தேர்தலில், தஞ்சாவூர் மாவட்டம் ஆடுதுறை தேர்வுநிலை பேரூராட்சி உறுப்பினர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டதை அடுத்து, தலைவர் மற்றும் துணைத் தலைவர் பதவிகளுக்கான மறைமுக தேர்தல் மார்ச் 4ம் தேதி நடக்கும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

ஆனால், திமுக கூட்டணி கட்சி கவுன்சிலர்கள் ரகளையில் ஈடுபட்டதால், இங்கு மறைமுக தேர்தல் தேதி குறிப்பிடாமல் தள்ளிவைக்கப்பட்டது.

இந்நிலையில், மறைமுக தேர்தலை நடத்தக் கோரி அதிமுக, பாமக சேர்ந்த மற்றும் சுயேட்சைகள் என எட்டு உறுப்பினர்கள் சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்துள்ளனர்.

தலைவர் பதவிக்கு போட்டியிட இருந்த ம.க.ஸ்டாலின் உள்ளிட்ட எட்டு உறுப்பினர்கள் சார்பில் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்ட மனுவில், மொத்தமுள்ள 15 உறுப்பினர்களில் 8 உறுப்பினர்கள் தனக்கு ஆதரவளித்ததாகவும், மறைமுக தேர்தல் நாளன்று மூன்று திமுக உறுப்பினர்கள் வராததால், கூட்டணி கட்சியைச் சேர்ந்த மூன்று உறுப்பினர்கள், தலைவர் மற்றும் துணைத் தலைவர் பதவிகளுக்கான வேட்புமனுக்களை பறித்து கிழித்தெறிந்து ரகளையில் ஈடுபட்டதால் தேர்தல் தள்ளிவைக்கப்பட்டதாகக் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளனர்.

குதிரை பேரமும், கட்சி தாவலும் நடக்கும் வாய்ப்புள்ளதால் போதிய போலீஸ் பாதுகாப்புடன், தாமதமின்றி மறைமுக தேர்தலை நடத்த மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையத்துக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என மனுவில் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த மனுவை விசாரித்த தலைமை நீதிபதி முனீஷ்வர்நாத் பண்டாரி மற்றும் நீதிபதி பரத சக்கரவர்த்தி அடங்கிய அமர்வு, தேர்தல் நடத்தும் அலுவலர் இன்று விளக்கமளிக்க உத்தரவிட்டிருந்தனர்.

இந்நிலையில் இந்த வழக்கு இன்று மீண்டும் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது, தேர்தல் நடத்தும் அலுவலர் தரப்பில் விளக்கம் அளிக்கப்படாததால், நாளை அவர் நேரில் ஆஜராக உத்தரவிட்ட நீதிபதிகள், வழக்கு விசாரணையை தள்ளிவைத்தனர்.

அணைகளின் பாதுகாப்பு, பராமரிப்பு, கண்காணிப்பை உறுதி செய்யவும், அணைகளில் விபத்துக்களை தவிர்க்கவும், மக்கள் மற்றும் விலங்குகள், தாவரங்களின் பாதுகாப்பை கருத்தில் கொண்டும் பொது நலத்துடன் சட்டம் இயற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது – மத்திய அரசு

பெரும்பாலான அணைகள், இரு மாநிலங்களுக்கு இடையில் ஓடும் நதிகளின் குறுக்கே கட்டப்படுள்ளன. நாடு முழுவதும் பொருந்தும் வகையில் இந்த சட்டம் இயற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது – மத்திய அரசு

அணையின் மீதான உரிமை, செயல்பாடு மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு விவகாரங்களில் இந்த சட்டம் எந்த மாற்றத்தையும் செய்யப் போவதில்லை. மாநில அரசின் அதிகார வரம்பில் தலையிட்டு, ஊடுருவி, சேதப்படுத்திவிடும் என்ற மனுதாரரின் அச்சம் தவறானது – மத்திய அரசு
[3/10, 19:12] Sekarreporter: சட்டவிரோத பண பரிமாற்றத் தடைச் சட்டத்தின் கீழ் தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்கில், இந்திய உணவு கழக முன்னாள் துணை பொது மேலாளர் மற்றும் அவரது மனைவிக்கு தலா மூன்று ஆண்டுகள் சிறை தண்டனை விதித்து சென்னை சிபிஐ சிறப்பு நீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பளித்துள்ளது.

சென்னையில் உள்ள இந்திய உணவுக் கழகத்தில் துணை பொது மேலாளராக பணியாற்றிய துரைராஜ், வருமானத்துக்கு அதிகமாக 54 லட்சத்து 98 ஆயிரத்து 969 ரூபாய் அளவுக்கு சொத்துக்கள் குவித்துள்ளதாக கடந்த 2009ம் ஆண்டு சி.பி.ஐ. வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்தது.

இதைத்தொடர்ந்து சட்டவிரோத பண பரிமாற்ற தடை சட்டத்தின் கீழும் துரைராஜ், அவரது மனைவி சாருமதி ஆகியோர் மீது அமலாக்கத்துறை அதிகாரிகள் தனியாக வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்தனர்.

இந்த வழக்கை விசாரித்த சென்னை சி.பி.ஐ. சிறப்பு நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி மலர் வாலன்டினா, குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்டுள்ள துரைராஜ், அவரது மனைவி சாருமதி ஆகியோர் மீதான குற்றச்சாட்டுக்கள் சந்தேகத்திற்கு இடமின்றி நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக கூறி, இருவருக்கும் 3 ஆண்டு சிறை தண்டனையும், தலா 25 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் அபராதமும் விதித்து தீர்ப்பளித்தார்.

மேலும், சட்டவிரோத பெற்ற பணத்தின் மூலம் சேர்த்த சொத்துகளை அரசுடமையாக்க அமலாக்கத்துறை அதிகாரிகள் உரிய சட்ட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் உத்தரவிட்டார்.
