[30/09, 10:55] : In the aftermath of a terrible tragedy in Karur, those who seek to spread false, hateful misinformation out of personal or political vendetta against the DMK or to gain cheap political mileage are the worst kind of people. They are heartless and virtueless.

Their propaganda does not hurt the DMK but the families of the victims who want the truth to come out and justice for the loved ones they’ve lost.

The right to free speech includes the right to criticise the government but not spread lies, false propaganda and incite people to violence for personal or political gain.
