The court observed that the HC Registry commenced digitising all documents filed before the court and uploading them to secure servers so that departments could access case records electronically. Digitised data should continue to be transmitted to the CCMS server, enabling real-time retrieval and monitoring of cases involving government entities, the court directed.”
