Issue notice to the sixth respondent; returnable in three weeks. Notice be sent by registered post.

  1. J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5, is directed to seek instructions in the matter qua the validity of the government order

dated 8.11.2019.

  1. At this stage, learned Additional Advocate General submits that all the matters pertaining against the encroachments on the waterbodies, government poramboke land, grazing land, etc., may be heard by one Division Bench, because action remain otherwise in

public interest.  It is stated that due to listing of these cases before different Benches,  different orders are being passed on the same subject-matter and, therefore, prayer is made to issue a direction to the Registry to list all the matters pertaining to encroachment either on waterbodies, government poramboke land, grazing land, etc. before

the court hearing public interest litigation.

  1. This court, on consideration of the aforesaid plea made by learned Additional Advocate General and in order to avoid any

conflicting orders being passed by the various courts,  hereby directs the Registry to list all matters pertaining to encroachment either on waterbodies, government poramboke land, grazing land, etc. before

the court hearing the public interest litigations.

  1. List on 27.4.2022. In the meanwhile, the sixth respondent is

restrained from raising any construction on the land in question.
