The present application has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 21.01.2025 passed by this Hon’ble Court in C.S.No. 176 of 2024 against the defendant.

4.  Considering the fact that the applicant is aged about 67 years and has also taken ill and undergone treatment, the application in A.No. 1464 of 2025

in C.S.No. 176 of 2024 stands ordered as prayed for on payment of costs of a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) payable to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff.
