[6/18, 12:44] Sekarreporter 1: [6/18, 12:42] Sekarreporter 1: Today Writ petition criminal filed by R S Bharathi praying for direction to the vigilance and anti corruption police to register the complaint against the Hon’ble CM and Minister R B udhayakumar came up before Justice N Sathish Kumar as item 1 & 2. State was represented by State PP Mr.A.Natarajan and Petitioner counsels were Mr.Shanmugam Sundaram Senior Advocate and Mr.N R Elango Senior Advocate. State PP Mr.A.Natarajan filed a detailed counter in both matters stating that a false and politically motivated complaint was lodged against Hon’ble CM for the sake of publicity. After elobarate arguments counsel for petitioners Mr.Shanmugam Sundaram Senior Advocate and Mr.N R Elango Senior Advocate prayed before the court for withdrawing the petition and therefore both the writ petitions were disposed off accordingly.
