If parliament made any changes in this part I and in schedule 1and4 it shall not be considered as amendment within the meaning of Art 368. This part empowers the union government to acquire any foreign territory so as to extend its Territorial boundaries but only by way of diplomatic policy, not by GUN BOAT DIPLOMACY. that is territory of India is alterable only in expansion not by deminishing but at any cost UNION is permanent entity and all the states were may exist or may not exist. this is due to our Constitution shall have the features of UNITARY CONSTITUTION, by abolishing the concept of DISTRIBUTION OF POWER as in 7th schedule,but it cannot be in long run its only a temporary basis, then as gain we have to bring into federal features like that of JUDICIAL ACTIVISM……..
