1. Challenging the constitutional validity of Indian Evidence Act, 1872 – Drafted by James Fitzjames Stephen.

2. Writ Petition for establishment of National Court of Appeal & the matter is referred to Constitution Bench – reported in 2016 (7) SCC 686.

3. Writ Petition to provide infrastructural facilities to Subordinate Judiciary in the light of Judgment of Apex Court in Salem Advocates Bar Association Case.

4. Writ Petition for installing Video Conferencing to hear the Review Petition in the event of Hon’ble Judges sitting in either of the Benches of High Court – reported in CTC, Law Weekly, MLJ.

5. SLP before the Supreme Court praying that Vernacular of State could be implemented as Court language, only after making appropriate infrastructure by Centre & State Government.

6. Instrumental in framing the rules for appointment of Law Officers – reported in CTC.

7. Challenged the constitutional validity of GST Act.- reported in Law Weekly & Writ Law Reporter.

8. WP challenging the Constitutional validity of the Benami Transactions Act – notice being issued to the Attorney General for India.

9. WP to increase the retirement age of Hon’ble Judges of the Constitutional Courts in view of the recommendations of National Commission to Review the Working of the Constitution & Law Commission – Reported in 2013 (6) CTC 1.
