P. Wilson appearing for DMK party submitted that the DMK party has filed impleading petition and that it is opposing for formation of committee. Mr P. Wilson argued that the writ petitioner is attempting to convert india from socialist country to capital country. and writ petition object is to frustrate Directive principles of state policy.
Hon’bleCJI bench permitted P. Wilson to file written submissions on behalf of DMK and has posted to 22.8.2022 for hearing of all parties.
