[10/18, 14:19] Sekarreporter 1: Today SLP filed by Kanimozhi against the order in the O.A in Election Petition pertaining to Thoothukudi parliamentary constituency election 2019 came up for hearing before Hon’ble Ajay Rastogi and C.T.Ravikumar in Supreme Court, upon hearing the counsel S.Makesh ,for the 1st Respondent/election petitioner, Santhanakumar, and the arguments of Senior counsel for Petitioner in SLP, stating as if there is bereft of material facts in the election petition filed by Santhanakumar,the Hon’ble Court observed,upon perusal of the petition, that the petitioner could file the written statement and contest the averments in the election petition before Madras High Court and posted the matter for further arguments on 23.11.2022.Also,written arguments of both sides were submitted in court.
