Govt accepted to give 50% reservations to inservice candidates in super speciality course vide GO No 462 dated 7.11.2020 and GO was produced before Hon’ble Justice N Anand Venkatesh.

Mr P. Wilson appeared for Mr G. Sankaran , counsel for Petitioner.
The central govt counsel wanted to defer the hearing till the Supreme Court decides similar issue pending before it. Mr Wilson submitted that the case before Supremecourt has nothing to do with the present petition and will not coming in the way of Government granting 50% inservice reservation.
Learned judge accepting the arguments of Mr P. Wilson rejected the arguments of central government and held that the case before SC is different before present case HC

The Learned judge after recording the stand of the Government has disposed the WP and held that the government has acted in accordance with constitutional bench decision and approved granting of 50% inservice reservations .
