Mr.Justice G.R.Swaminathan, heard the matter in detail and was pleased to allow the Writ Petition and directed to Exhume the deceased Writ petitioners body from the petitioners house and to conduct the customary practise and prayers with the help of the Writ Petitioners brother Rev.Fr.Gerome and bury the body within the grave yard of the church and further directed the District Collector, Kanyakumari and the Superintendent of Police to strictly implement the order in its letter and sprit.
