[8/24, 15:36] Sekarreporter 1: Today 24.8.2020 DMK MP Mr.Jagathrakshakan Quash petition came up before Hon’ble Justice N.Satish Kumar. State PP Mr.A.Natarajan appeared on behalf of CBCID police and vehemently objected the quash petition. State PP informed that last hearing the court directed the son of accused Jagathrakshakan to appear before the police and procude the required documents but wheres as he failed to appear and instead gives a letter through his advocate asking for time. State PP informed the court that this shows their conduct and the failed to comply the order of this court. State PP also informed that this is the case of clear forgery and cheating as per the records and investigation had unearther several facts and details of this case where nearly 240 acres of land and 9000 documents involved in this scam. State PP informed the court that a detailed counter will be filed on next hearing. Hence case adj to 10.9.2020.
