Today matter relating to TNPSC Group I exam’s scam came before DB consisting of Justice R Subbiah and Justice Pongiappan. Senior advt p Willson appeared on behalf of RS Bharathi organising secretary of DMK and submitted that huge sharks who are involved in this scam are let go free while lower level TNPSC officials alone arrested and remanded. I submitted that without involvement of TNPSC controller and TNPSC Secretary and printers who are located outside state, Chairman TNPSC ,huge scam would have not occurred . Three IO’s have been changed and fourth IO is attempting to file a favourable report. One of remand report filed by IO shows telephone conversation by Sam Rajeswaran another king pin of Appollo Institute with exam paper setters and correctors of answer sheets. The telephone log connects Manethneyam who are also involved in this scam and both of the are not arrested. After hearing submissions, Learned judge permitted filing of impleading application by DMK and posted to 28.2.2020 for hearing of impleading application.
