2. The petitioners in all these writ petitions are students or
their parents/guardians, undergoing MBBS course in the 6

respondent institution, who have approached this Court

Court by itself amounts to stretching the

as per the directions issued by this Court,
it is left open to the institution to proceed
further in accordance with law.
24. All the writ petitions stands disposed of with the above
directions. No costs. Consequently, all the connected
miscellaneous petitions are closed.
