COMMON ORDER
The issues involved in all these Writ Petitions are
common and hence, all these writ petitions are taken up together,
heard and disposed of through this common order.
2. The petitioners in all these writ petitions are students or
their parents/guardians, undergoing MBBS course in the 6
th
respondent institution, who have approached this Court

Court by itself amounts to stretching the
limits from the angle of the institution
and
g. In the event of non-payment of fees
as per the directions issued by this Court,
it is left open to the institution to proceed
further in accordance with law.
24. All the writ petitions stands disposed of with the above
directions. No costs. Consequently, all the connected
miscellaneous petitions are closed.
