The Court was held by Video Conference, as per the Resolution of the Full Court dated 30th April 2020, by Judges at the respective residence offices and the counsel, staff of the Court appearing from their respective residences. The learned Additional Advocate General prayed for some more time to produce the relevant report of the State with regard to the grievances raised in the present writ petition about the proper testing and protocols being put in place for entry of the persons or goods, vehicles etc. within the State or exiting from the State by following the available modes of transport viz., road, rail etc. He submits that three days time may be granted to produce that report.
