[5/27, 12:47] Sekarreporter 1: The Hon’ble Division Bench of MSNJ & ASMJ directed the counsel for TASMAC to submit a status report about the affixation of MRP list of the Liquor bottles in front of each and every TASMAC Wine Shops in the State and about the compliance of Rule 14(1) and the Code, 2014 of the TASMAC about the sale of the Liquor bottles at MRP Rates by issuing receipts and photographs for proof of the same and also the quality of the Liquor purchased from the IMFL Manufacturers/Breweries by the TASMAC before 25.06.2020.
