State PP informed the court that without serving the copies of quash petition and type set to the respondent police they are coming for arguments and also sought time for filing counter in the quash petition. Accused counsel insisted for dispense with of personal appearance of the accused before the trial court for which State PP objected.

Today Ma.Subramaniam quash case came up for admission. CBCID police registered a case against Ma.Subramaniam and his wife for for illegally grabbing SIDCO government property by creating forgery documents and impersonation. Now quash petition was filed by the accused which came for admission today 12.10.2020 as item 45 before lordship Justice N Satish Kumar. State was represented by State PP Mr.A.Natarajan and Accused was represented by Mr.Wilson, Senior Counsel. State PP informed the court that without serving the copies of quash petition and type set to the respondent police they are coming for arguments and also sought time for filing counter in the quash petition. Accused counsel insisted for dispense with of personal appearance of the accused before the trial court for which State PP objected. Justice adj the case to 18.11.2020 for filing counter by respondent police. Justice also directed the accused counsel to file appropriate petition before trial court and try their remedy there for dispense with of appearance. Hence case adj to 18.11.2020.
