S. Mahveer Shivaji MHC Advocate Art. 13……………According to the Indian/Bharat Constitution the making of law is vested with parliament, but as we discussed earlier it’s transforming to many forms by diluting the functions of parliament. It’s like parliament ordinance, presidential ordinance, judicial ordinance, Executive ordinance etc together collectively irresponsible and invalidating the supremacy of the Constitution. It’s not only that, the theory of vertical and horizontal power sharing eroded because the constitutional spirt and understanding of it’s ideals is lacked with constitutional functioners, which ultimately rueining not only the Constitution and also the STATE. The Democratic decentralization declining and our state turning into centralised or unilateral system with theocratic nature which is very dangerous and alarming situation for the unity and integrity. Further the concept of nationalism turning into personalism importance which makes our state in tyrny and seeding the civil war which in turn invite the international states to intervene in the internal sovereign affairs and business of our country. OK, then who will bell the cat………………. FOLLOWS
