ECI lost its constitutional independent and become a puppet in the hands of political parties, the election commission of India turned to election commission of govt of India. the executive and legislature fusioned together and become in one umbrella.the last one is judiciary slowly turning into a government department,it may loose it’s constitutional independent due to various reasons and having power without arms. but framers of constitution doesn’t expected such changes within a century. it is because of judiciary which not fulfilled it’s constitutional obligations in the system of governance.which inturn undermining the constitutional supremacy and it’s sanctity
