[1/24, 01:09] Sivaji: 23-1-21.mahaveer shivaji MHC advocate: SECULARISM continues…… when the state and sub-states declared as secular, how the states government embalem including Tamil nadu (sriviliputhur temple gopuram) holding religious symbols as their official denomination, which against the spirit of our constitution that necessarily need to be changed, otherwise it amount to constitutional violation.there exits necessary to create separate ministry to promote secular affairs of state instead of HR&CE, which is not.a state affairs.whuch indicates the Wings of government is inefficient or lack of knowledge over the constitutional values and it’s implementation.The constitution devided the educational institutions into four groups,inwhich first three institutions whether it is owned by state or recognised by state and run by private are secular characters in such schools imparting religious instruction or chants are prohibited except fourth one,but practically no such methods are prevalent, again it is violation of constitution and it’s aims are stands only in paper not in rule of law of constitutional governance. if we look into strict sense of law then we necessarily decides the rule of misgovernance and such government has to be declare as UNCONSTITUTIONAL………thanks…and…. follows……
