(2) BY DEPRIVATION: If any person obtained Indian Citizenship by registration or naturalisation by way of fraud, forgery, acquired any foreign Citizenship,or any illegal methods or undergone any punishment etc., such person or citizen shall be deprived to be a indian citizen. (3) BY TERIMINATION ; It is by operation of Law or compulsory deprivation. if any indian citizen having nexus with enemy countries and working against the spirit our country and constitution and affecting Indian unity and integrity etc., such person shall be ceased to be a citizen of India by this termination……………..
