Today met all the Family court judges and city civil court registrar and took clarification with regard to functioning of courts from 6-10-2020.

Family court :
Pls do not see the causelist as far as family court cases are concerned. On cases where joint or separate memo is filed , fresh mutual consent petition , MC cases only will be listed . Those cases alone the parties will receive sms. The week list will be sent as notifications which we will circulate in the groups and will also be available in ecourt service. Fresh filing as usual u can drop it only in the box. Counter also may be dropped in box. No adverse orders will be passed . No need to send email for absence . Once the Memo is filed after 3 days only the case will be listed. In case memo filed and ur unable to come to court , ur absence will be noted but no adverse orders will be passed . The case will be adjourned.

City civil court:

20 cases will be listed along with cases where memos are filed to list cases. No adverse orders will be passed. If u are unable to come to court u can seek adjournment to the concerned court email ids . We Will furnish the email I’d by today evening for city civil courts.
