The appeals filled by lyca against director Shankar in OSA.NOs.168 &169/2021was dismissed by the Hon’ ble chief Justice today stating that the matters have become infructuous and Lyca cannot maintain the appeals because the appeals are preferred over the failure to get interim reliefs before the Single judge and since the main cases in OA.NOS.211& 212 are dismissed, the appeals cannot be entertained.
