Further the term law includes Ordinance, bye laws, rule, regulations, notification, custom, usage .apart from the law made by parliament the ordinance is reverse method of making law. It shall be done when parliament are not in session, either one house or both houses . it’s law making or proclaiming law by president with immediate effect if the circumstances so warrant to need a law to be in force . but ordinance required to subsequent ratification of parliament to continue the law to be in force. Otherwise the law made through ordinance will lapse automatically within certain period. There are criticism that too much of ordinance is undermining the parliamentary system of democracy or WHAT OUR PRESENT CHIEF JUSTICE SAID. ………FOLLOWS
