[6/23, 14:53] Sekarreporter 1: PIL seeking deferment of EB bill payment upto 31st July with respect of domestic customers and MSME came up for hearing today. AAG Informed the court that the payment time was extended upto 15/7 as far as Chennai and 3 other neighbouring districts. Matter was adjourned by Monday for further hearing along with other writs. We sought to defer other districts in view of lockdown and inability of general public to pay the charges and they are yet to overcome the lockdown challenges.
