Madras High Court Judge Justice N. Kirubakaran on Saturday visited the archaeological site in Keeladi, near Madurai. In the afternoon, Justice S. Vaidyanathan of the Madras High Court, in a personal visit, also interacted with the officials at the site
Justice R Suresh Kumar passed the order while disposing of a petition filed by one Dr B Dinesh Kumar of Dindigul, who sought direction to be appointed in the post of municipal health officer in Rajapalayam, which became vacant after the resignation of one Dr M Vinoth, under communal reservation.
Justice S. Vaidyanathan observed, “We are now in the era of global digitalisation and by use of advanced technology/machinery, the survey could be easily done so as to bring the issue to a logical conclusion to the satisfaction of both parties.”
Lordship NAVJ order is timely. In fact before many important Shopping malls it is like a mafia network of bunk shops. In the name of weaker sections make shift bunk shops are put up and standard interim orders from Court will be displayed.
