Today, Our case was heard by Ho’ble Justice Anand Venkatesh. Our Advocate has explained to the court as to how parents’ claim of 40% waiver is justifiable, apart from explaining the issue of financial strain of parents. SRM adv sought time for filing counter affidavit.
The judge granted time and also requested the SRM Counsel to use his good office to resolve the fee issue. SRM adv assured the court that payment of fee in instalment could be considered but not waiver. Recording the same the case was adj to 28/9/2020. The court has directed the petitions to give representation to SRM. Upon receipt of it, SRM has to consider the request of each of the petitioners.

Our adv has requested the court to keep the issue of *Waiver of fee* left open. Hence, that issue was not adjudicated today.

Next hearing is on 28th September,2020 for further orders.
