W.M.P.No.17036 of 2020 in W.P.No.12852 of 2020 :
This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing
for the petitioner and Mr.V.Ramesh, Party-in-Person, Mr.Vijay Narayan,
learned Advocate General, assisted by Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned
State Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 and
Mr.S.V.Vijay Prashanth, learned Special Government Pleader (Forests),
appearing for the 3rd respondent.
2.Mr.V.Ramesh, the 1
st respondent/writ petitioner, has no serious
objections in ordering this impleading petition. This Court has also perused
the affidavit and is satisfied with reasons assigned in Para No.3 of the same.
Therefore, W.M.P.No.17036 of 2020 is ordered as prayed for and
