![[22/11, 17:55] VIJAY ANAND ADVOCATE: Today I was a witness to a proceeding before Hon’ble Division Bench comprising of Justice S.VAIDYANATHAN.J & K.RAJASEKAR.J quoting following Thirukkural while advising for settling a dispute within a family where issue is regarding unilateral cancellation of settlement deed between father and sons (all present in court) “தந்தை மகற்காற்று நன்றி அவையத்து முந்தி இருப்பச் செயல் மகன்தந்தைக்கு ஆற்றும் உதவி இவன்தந்தை என்நோற்றான் கொல் எனும் சொல்” Bench said “see we can quote from kuran or bible or bagavatgita but sitting here and quoting will be viewed differently but we have our own all time favorite “Thirukkural” Bench went on to explain the context of “நன்றி and உதவி” interestingly to settle a long pending dispute.
