Chandru Former Judge Of Highcourt: Forget other issues.In the NRC opened for Assam 19lakh people were identified as outsiders (ie without acceptable papers)The CAA wants to confer 12 lakh hindus alone not on the basis of any acceptable classification.the balance 7lakhs muslims what will happen to them.will they be kept in camps?who will feed them?how long they will be in camps!??any answer.It is sheer madness!!

[12/29, 21:49] Jeganathan Advt: 1. Three Nations Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan are declared Nations that has declared Islam as State Religion and share borders with India. Further these Minorities according to their own respective national Data have been persecuted and slaughtered only on Religious Basis and hence their Ancestry being from India as Country of Origin they have no other shelter to go except India naturally.
Pakistan Minorities in 1950 was 32 percent, Bangladesh in 1971 was 27 percent and there were 7 lakh Hindus in Afghanistan during the Royal Empire reign
Now in 2020 Pakistan Minorities population is 2 percent, Bangladesh 7 percent and Afghanistan only 834 Hindus are living and hence this enabling provision in the Amendment through CAA to reduce the naturaliztion waiting process to 6 years instead of 11 considering the Serious Extra Ordinary Conditions as to how they had to flee these nations. This was also in the BJP manifesto along with Abrogation of 370, Ayodhya and UCC
