This is the third time the court is issuing death warrants against Mukesh Kumar Singh (32), Pawan Gupta (25), Vinay Kumar Sharma (26) and Akshay Kumar (31). A Delhi court on Monday issued fresh death warrants for March 3 at 6 a.m. against all the four convicts in the December 16, 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case. The order was passed by Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana pursuant to pleas by Tihar Jail and the victim’s parents, seeking issuance of a fresh date to hang them.

Dgv college Vayalum Vazhalyum “Let us not forget that cultivation is the most important Labour of Man. When till the age begin, other arts will follow. The farmers, therefore, are the founders of the cultivation.” The Department of Business Administration [BBA] of DG Vaishnav College has organized a programme Vayalum Vazhalyum to honor the farmers on the occasion of Pongal festival at Kavarapatti near Gummipoondi on 27th December, 2020. A staff team of 6 members along with 40 students visited the above village and had Pongal celebration with the farmers there and honored them with a set of Saree, Dhoti & Shawl. The Programme was successfully executed under the guidance of Principal Dr. S. Santosh Baboo. The project was headed by Prof. J.P. Jaideep, Head and Project Coordinator Dr. K. Rao Prashanth Jyoty. Nayan Jain, Nitish Kumar, B.Kishore were the student conveners of this event.

32.Consequently, applying the Law discussed above to the facts of the present case, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The FIR having been registered, in this case, within two days from the date of the accident on 13.10.2022 by Oragadam Police Station, the petition filed in M.A.C.T.O.P.(SR).No.3280 of 2023 has to only be treated as a reminder to the Court to call for the FIR and other reports and register the same as a Claim Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The Order passed by the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal is set aside and a direction shall be issued to treat the application filed on 19.04.2023 as a reminder to the Court for a plea of just compensation under 166(4) and take up the application for trial.
