[11/10, 12:20] Sekarreporter 1: Senior Advocate S Prabakaran: Each and every day he is damaging the institution, alleging malice against each and every judge. He is repeatedly speaking against Women Lawyers. We are bringing to your Lordships’ notice.
[11/10, 12:21] Sekarreporter 1: Prabakaran submits that no action has been taken.
Prabakaran: The Bar Council is not able to tolerate. Therefore, we are bringing to your Lordships’ notice.
[11/10, 12:21] Sekarreporter 1: Prabakaran: Judiciary is not only the guardian of law but the central pillar of the democratic State. The dignity and authority of the courts have to be respected. Otherwise, the very cornerstone of the Consitution will give away.
[11/10, 12:21] Sekarreporter 1: Prabakaran adds that he cannot read the statements made by CS Karnan in open court.
He adds that Karnan has been saying “I know what I am doing is criminal.. why the courts are not taking any action?”
[11/10, 12:21] Sekarreporter 1: Prabakaran: He (Karnan) is challenging the Constitutional authorities, the Supreme Court. He is shaking the entire country.
Prabakaran argues, how long can this go on?
Prabakaran: We cannot tolerate such a man. I do not know how he held the position (of High Court judge)
[11/10, 12:22] Sekarreporter 1: Prabakaran: As rightly observed (in a case) the object of discipline enforced by Courts in contempt of courts is not to vindicate the dignity of court but to prevent undue interference with the administration of justice.
[11/10, 12:22] Sekarreporter 1: Prabakaran: Without any materials, he goes on making allegations.

What is this freedom of speech when you go on making derogatory statements? We cannot say the bad words that have been used (by Karnan).
[11/10, 12:23] Sekarreporter 1: Prabakaran: He is a convicted person. He cannot claim immunity of a High Court judge.
Now there are over 20 videos circulated. No action has been taken by the Government.
Women lawyers have lodged a complaint, the Bar Council has lodged a complaint. But nothing has been done.
