The association are owners of properties in shopping malls. They are struggling to even pay for their EMI and many cases sarfasi proceedings were initiated against traders.

Whereas these mafia style people put up three four bunk shops in front of the shopping mall and even preventing vehicular access.

Worst thing is no original person is there. It is all leased out at heavy lumpsum for 5 to 10 lakhs to pan sellers and outsiders.

High time these shops are given only to really deserving weaker people and biometric system of random attendance to prevent misuse.
